With a recent explosion in research, what we understand about health is changing. A highly personalised approach tailored specifically to the individual is made possible by hour long appointments and in depth testing (e.g. microbiome analysis). By combining medicine, nutrition, coaching and counselling techniques you can experience a truly holistic view of your health. Rather than treat a symptom, lifestyle medicine focuses on identifying its root cause, empowering you to reduce, prevent or even reverse disease. Whether you want a thorough preventative medicine health check or need help with a diagnosis, lifestyle medicine is an emerging specialty filling in many previously unseen gaps.

Fees:

  • Virtual clinic appointment £185/ hr

  • (Optional) MetaXplore microbiome test £399
